More than 20 representatives of specialised institutions and citizens’ organisations make up this technical advisory body to the City Council.
Luis Yeray Gutiérrez recalls that one of the objectives of the GCPHE is “to promote its international dimension, through cooperation agreements with organisations with similar aims in the conservation and defence of historical heritage”.
