Twenty-five years is an appropriate time to reflect on what has happened in that period in the city and its surroundings, with its lights and shadows, and its possible challenges.
It is within this framework that these 25th anniversary conferences will take place, with the invaluable participation of Federico Mayor Zaragoza, current President of the Foundation for a Culture of Peace.
